Yin Yoga
We slow down and turn inward. I offer a combination of meditation and long-held asanas designed to target the deeper connective tissues of the body. Each session is adapted to meet the needs of the students present—honoring physical structure, energy levels, and emotional states. This is a space for stillness, breath, and self-inquiry.
Ashtanga
A grounded and accessible approach to the 1st Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Rooted in tradition, this breath-led sequence builds strength, focus, and internal discipline. My role is to support each student in developing a sustainable, empowering relationship with the practice—respecting their pace and honoring where they are on the path.
Breathwork for Yoga
Certified in Oxygen Advantage® Breathing for Yoga, I guide students through a blend of modern breath science and classical pranayama principles. The focus is on functional breathing—improving oxygen efficiency, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity. These techniques support your practice from the inside out.
